What does this cost?
Nothing. Listing is free, sending a referral is free, receiving one is free. Collabarr makes its money from its separate done-for-you follow-up service for realtors — never from your referral fees.
Who gets the referral fee?
The two brokerages, exactly as it should be. The standard fee is 25% of the receiving side’s gross commission, agreed in writing by both brokers before the introduction. Collabarr is not a brokerage and never touches that money.
What does “verified” actually mean here?
Three things, all checked by a human: the agent’s license is active on the state (or RECO/RECA) registry, the brokerage on their listing matches the registry, and the agent personally agreed — in their own submission — to be listed and to the update promise. No agent is listed without their own consent.
Why can’t I see phone numbers?
On purpose. If numbers were public, agents would bypass each other, updates would vanish, and this would become one more list that does not work. Introductions go through us so the agreement and the updates actually happen.
