1. Who we are

Collabarr (“we,” “us”) is operated by Collabarr, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Contact: [email protected].

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it — for (a) visitors to collabarr.com, and (b) our realtor clients and the contact data they entrust to us.

3. Information we collect

Site visitors: name, email, phone number, and business details you submit through our forms. Basic analytics (pages visited) to improve the site. Clients: account, billing, and service-delivery information needed to run your account. Client databases: the contact lists you provide (names, phone numbers, emails, notes) so we can operate the follow-up System on your behalf. We process this data only as your service provider, only for the campaigns you approve.

4. How we use it

To deliver the service you signed up for and communicate with you about it. To run messaging campaigns you have approved, in line with our Terms of Service. To improve the website and service. We never sell, rent, or share your data or your clients’ data with third parties for their marketing, and we never reuse one client’s database for another client.

5. Who else touches the data

Your data passes through the tools required to run the service — including GoHighLevel (CRM/messaging platform), messaging carriers, and payment processors. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

6. Data retention and deletion

Site visitor and client account data is kept while your account is active and as required by law afterward. Client databases: on cancellation, we provide a full export on request and delete our copies of your database within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies and analytics

The site uses basic cookies and analytics to understand visits and improve content. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work without them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
